So, we had ALL this left over turkey from Thanksgiving. It was just the two of us and the smallest bird we could find was a 12 pounder. YIKES! This was really good. The only problem was getting it out of the pan. The noodles had their own minds when it came to dishing it out even though we broke them in half.
