Mushroom-Chive Pilaf recipe
Cooking Light, OCTOBER 1997

YUM! This was easy to make and VERY tasty!! I didn’t put the mushrooms in at the end. I sauteed them with the onion and garlic, then added the broth and rice. I forgot the chives, though. It was yummy just with the shrooms though!
