So, I forgot to buy spinach. Maybe it was a subconscious thing as I’m not too fond of sauteed fresh spinach. We used london broil instead of flank steak. I tried to cut it supah thin so it wouldn’t be so tough to eat. Can I just say, the pita bread you get in the store sxaz and is NOTHING like the pita bread you get when you order out. It’s so hard NOT to tear the stupid things when you’re splitting them and then they fall all apart when you’re trying to eat the damned thing. Okay, vent for the day. It was pretty good. I don’t know that the spinach would have enhanced the flavor that much. I did forget to serve the humuus with the pitas. *snort* Meh, I was tired.
