If your city is anything like mine, then your farmer’s markets are opening up, too. I am super excited for locally grown fresh produce. It tastes so fresh and so full of flavor. More so than the trucked in produce at the local grocery store. And mine not only has produce but meats and prepared foods, too. I will be making a stop at the kimchi guy this year. He makes a delicious Latin sauerkraut. It’s perfect on chorizo or just regular hot dogs. Then there’s his kimchi.
