Cajun Salmon Cakes with Lemon-Garlic Aioli

These were okay. I didn’t really read the directions, but then again what else is new!! I made 4 large ones instead of 8 little ones. Same difference as far as servings go. I think I like other salmon cake recipe I’ve already posted. The aioli was VERY lemon-y. We served these with chili fries and green beans.
