Caesar Salad

We didn’t use egg substitute. We used two egg yolks. It wasn’t as creamy as I thought it should be. Next time I might use three egg yolks. It was pretty good, though. I think it could use a little garlic and will probably add some next time.

Measuring cups and spoons
Blender or cuisinart (I used our baby cuisi)
